This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling distinct areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.
